Where can I purchase?

KLH Botanicals products are available exclusively online.  If you are interested in wholesale for your salon, beauty supply, boutique, etc., please send an email to [email protected].

Are your products all natural?

We use nature's finest ingredients to produce our products.  Our oils and butters are all natural except where noted.  For example, some fragrance oils we use to scent butters and soaps are 97-98% natural.  However, these fragrances are skin safe and phthalate-free.  We use preservatives that are formaldehyde and paraben-free for products that contain or may come in contact with water to protect you against the growth of  harmful microbes.

Why is the consistency of a product I ordered previously different from my recent order?

We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful drugs or synthetic stabilizers. Due to the nature of these ingredients, the consistency and scent may vary, but product efficacy remains in tact.

SHIPPING/Returns

What carrier do you use to ship products?

We ship all hair and bodycare packages via USPS First Class Package. For orders over 1 pound, Priority Mail is used.

When will my order ship?

 Same day shipping is available on most in stock orders if placed before 12 pm Central time.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.  Once an order is ready to be shipped, an email notification with tracking will be provided.  Typically, you should allow 3-5 business days for hair care and body care and 5-7 business days for hair extensions delivery.

**Please note that hair extensions are imported directly from the country of origin.  We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs issues or acts of God (i.e. earthquakes, winter storms, hurricanes, etc).  Please do not schedule hair installation appointments until you have received your package.  You will NOT be issued a refund due to circumstances out of our control.

What if I need to return a product?

We're sure you will love our products!  However, we do accept returns within 7 days of purchase.  Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted for unopened/unused products.  If there is a problem with your order, please let us know so we can give you the great customer service experience you deserve!  On a case by case basis, please see below:

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.   It must also be in the original packaging.  Body butters are NOT returnable.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping, 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or we mistakenly ship the wrong item. If you need to complete an exchange, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to PO Box 503, Lansing, IL 60438. We will provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
