Where can I purchase?
KLH Botanicals products are available exclusively online. If you are interested in wholesale for your salon, beauty supply, boutique, etc., please send an email to info@klhbotanicals.com.
Are your products all natural?
We use nature's finest ingredients to produce our products. Our oils and butters are all natural except where noted. For example, some fragrance oils we use to scent butters and soaps are 97-98% natural. However, these fragrances are skin safe and phthalate-free. We use preservatives that are formaldehyde and paraben-free for products that contain or may come in contact with water to protect you against the growth of harmful microbes.
Why is the consistency of a product I ordered previously different from my recent order?
We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful drugs or synthetic stabilizers. Due to the nature of these ingredients, the consistency and scent may vary, but product efficacy remains in tact.
SHIPPING/Returns
What carrier do you use to ship products?
We ship all hair and bodycare packages via USPS First Class Package. Hair extensions are shipped USPS Priority Mail at no cost to you!
When will my order ship?
Same day shipping is available on most in stock orders if placed before 12 pm Central time. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once an order is ready to be shipped, an email notification with tracking will be provided. Typically, you should allow 3-5 business days for hair care and body care and 5-7 business days for hair extensions delivery.
**Please note that hair extensions are imported directly from the country of origin. We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs issues or acts of God (i.e. earthquakes, winter storms, hurricanes, etc). Please do not schedule hair installation appointments until you have received your package. You will NOT be issued a refund due to circumstances out of our control.
What if I need to return a product?
We're sure you will love our products! However, we do accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted for unopened/unused products. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know so we can give you the great customer service experience you deserve! You may view our complete return policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
We now offer international shipping via USPS. Please be advised that shipping charges, including duties and tax, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $40 does not apply to international orders at this time.
Hair Extensions
Processing and Shipping
Our hair is sourced and shipped directly from the countries of origin. Upon arrival to our facility, all hair shipments undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure that you receive the absolute best. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. Orders are shipped & tracking is provided immediately after the processing period via USPS Priority Mail FREE OF CHARGE to domestic (US) orders! Please note all deliveries require a signature confirmation. NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A refund or replacement will not be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements with USPS for delivery options if necessary. You must acknowledge & agree to our terms at check-out.
Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product--human hair--returns are not accepted. Exchanges will be made only if there is an error on our part (i.e. wrong texture, length, etc.). We must receive notification of an error within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Hair must be received in it's original condition and packaging, unwashed and unused. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a selection. We are not responsible if customers fail to care for the hair properly.
Fraud Alert
We take fraud very seriously, and any unscrupulous activity will not be tolerated. Please be aware that we have a system in place to detect fraudulent activity, and we will not hesitate to escalate these matters to the proper authorities. An example of fraud is a customer placing an order, installing the hair, and then claiming to not have received it, filing a dispute with their payment processor. Such actions are considered theft, and will be reported.
Hair Care
With proper installation, maintenance and care, your KLH Remy Hair Collection Hair Extensions should last for over a year. Follow these simple basics to extend the life of your hair.
Installation
-Do not cut the tops of the double wefts. The double wefts are delicate and if they are cut, we cannot guarantee that the hair will not shed.
- Please take caution when sewing through the weft. Placing a needle through the top of the weft may result in damage and we cannot guarantee that the hair will not shed.
Routine Maintenance
- Shampoo hair once a week with a sulfate-free shampoo. Use a clarifying shampoo at least once per month to remove product build up.
- Do not massage shampoo into the hair. Use your fingers between the wefts in a horizontal motion to clean your scalp.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Apply sulfate-free deep conditioner and comb the hair with a wide tooth comb or detangling brush.
- Do not towel rub or twist the hair to dry.
- When combing the hair start from the ends and work your way to the scalp.
- Let the hair air-dry to avoid heat damage from blow drying. If you do use heat, always use a heat protectant.
- Do not sleep on wet hair.
- DO NOT comb dry curls or waves, you will disrupt the curl pattern and the ends may tangle.
- Do not use oily or greasy products. Avoid products that contain drying alcohols.
- Wear a satin/silk cap or scarf or sleep on a satin/silk pillow case.
Helpful tips
-The great thing about KLH Remy Hair Collection is that you can style it as you would your own hair. You can color or perm the hair BUT at your own risk. We suggest that you use a professional cosmetologist to prolong the life of the hair.
-You can brush, blow dry, curl with curling iron, and straighten with a flat iron and style any way you would like. However, we cannot guarantee that the hair will remain silky if you use the blow dry, flat iron, or curling iron daily. Please treat your hair extensions as if it were your own to preserve the integrity of the hair.
